Our office does participate with most major insurance carriers. However, we do not accept every plan that is offered. Please check with your insurance company to see if we are in-network or if a referral is needed prior to your visit.
Our office and optical shop do not participate with any vision plans. We will gladly see you as self-pay and provide you with any information you need to file the claim on your own.
